What is your processing time?
Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. This excludes bank holidays and weekends. We aim to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible!
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is a flat rate fee based on the size & weight of the largest item ordered, so however many items you order, you'll still pay the same fee!

Stickers - £0.85 (2nd Class) or £1.35 (1st Class)
Pens, Pins etc - £1.65 (2nd Class) or £2.00 (1st Class)
Notepads etc - £2.30 (2nd Class) or £3.00 (1st Class)
Mugs, Sweatshirts, Tshirts etc - £3.25 (2nd Class) or £3.95 (1st Class)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Stickers - £2.50
Pens, Pins etc - £4.00
Notepads etc - £5.50 (Europe) or £8.50 (Rest of the World)
Mugs, Sweatshirts, Tshirts etc - £10.00 (Europe) or £16.00 (Rest of the World)
PLEASE NOTE: International orders may incur import fees or taxes which are out of my control and the buyers responsibility.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Orders within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which aims to deliver within 2-3 business days. Upgrades for Royal Mail 1st Class can be purchased, which aims to deliver in 1 business day.
International orders are sent with Royal Mail International Standard, which aims to deliver to Europe within 5 business days and North America within 7 business days. However, these are NOT guaranteed delivery dates. International orders may in some cases take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders may take longer to arrive if it's during a busy postal season such as Christmas. International orders may get delayed in customs. Unfortunately I cannot control shipping delays.
