A “seconds” item is an item that is still perfectly fine but doesn’t quite meet my high standard of perfection! This might mean it was a sample item and the design was then tweaked before being sold or it may be an item with a minor flaw or defect. They are available at heavily discounted prices so they can find good homes!
Mugs B Grade - these will either have small defects within the print (eg. an ink mark or dot, an area of fading or the design is slightly off centre etc) or may have a slight defect with the mug itself (eg. an imperfection within the glazing on the coloured handle/inside.)
Mugs C Grade - Similar to above, but may have multiple or larger defects.

RETURNS
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@daisyandpixie.com and we will provide you with further information and instructions on
how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
